My Target is clearancing the bulk items that were brought in at the beginning of the year. Individual Quaker oatmeal, Toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, handsoap, dish detergent - it was all at least 50% off.
My target had the pet hair things on the $3.99 sale, but they were all on the end cap. The regular aisle had the starter kit with 5 refills, and the $3.99 was only with 1 refill.
Bummer! I went Monday night and the bulk items were only 15% off. Maybe next week...

I went to Target today and they didn't accept the Johnson&Johnson coupon for the soap buddies. The cashier said that they could only use it on the items pictured even if it says ANY. She said that she was advised by her supervisor to not accept them. What a bummer! I did get the Tuna fish and glade plugins for almost free though!
-The prices for the Gillette and Febreze AirEffects were also different at my store.
That is SUCH a ridiculous policy. That stinks! How annoying!
Every coupon out there has a picture of just one of the featured items of the many that you could buy with the coupon. Erg!
