On the Nivea product deal at CVS since you are getting one of the $3.99 lip care products free does it actually qualify for the $5 ECB back?

Great I am going to do that deal because last week I was fortunate enough to get a $2 off Nivea Body Wash at the scanner when I scanned my card so I can stack that on top of the $2 manufacturer coupon and end up paying only $4.98 out of pocket...woohoo....loving my coupons and extra care card right now....
