Menu Plan Monday!

After things settle down around here, and I get all of the "basics" posts finished, I will be following some sort of schedule each week (to be posted later). This is one of the things I plan on participating in every week. It is organizing junkie's Menu Plan Monday, where many money saving bloggers get together to post their menus for ideas and inspiration! Menu planning is something I feel very strongly about, because it is one of the biggest keys to saving a lot of money on your groceries!

This week is not a typical menu for us. We're keeping things really easy, because we're going out of town all weekend for my step-sister's wedding in the beautiful mountains of Georgia! Also, my husband had to work tonight (which is unusual, since he normally works days). So I decided to keep things pretty simple this week. For example, I didn't even plan anything for tonight, because I figured I'd fend for myself since he will be gone. Here's my menu though!

Monday: Fend for myself. =]
Tuesday: Italian breaded orange roughy fish, steamed veggies, homemade bread
Wednesday: Parmesan shrimp scampi over pasta, salad
Thursday: Homemade vegetarian pizzas and salad
Friday: Out of town - yummy rehearsal dinner food!
Saturday: Out of town - delicious wedding food!
Sunday: Out of town - yucky on the road food! haha!

You can look forward to a much more exciting menu plan next week, when I'm not going out of town for three days!
