If you or someone you know has diabetes, go fill out this form to see if you qualify to receive a OneTouch UltraMini diabetes meter at no charge. I'm not sure what makes you eligible for it, but I know many people who have qualified and received theirs in the past.
Even if you don't have diabetes, this is a great freebie to donate to a local nursing home or help out a friend/acquaintance who has diabetes.
