Just wanted to let you know that today you will find me over at I Heart Publix doing a guest post on "How To Save On Produce." So be sure to go check it out! I'll be back over here tonight for some more great deals. Until then, I hope you enjoy the guest post! =)
What About You: Did you enjoy my guest post about saving on produce? How do you save on produce each week at the grocery store? Did you find any of my tips helpful?
Hi Meg! Thanks for the great post! Also, not 100% sure, but I dont think that $4/1 Knox was included down here in Florida, but I found them for 10 cents a piece at the coupon clippers website...they still have about 500 ...the overage should allow me get some "splurges" this week and not feel guilty!!!
ReplyDeleteDo you ever go to the farmers market downtown on Beaver Street??
ReplyDeleteLoved the produce savings post. My hesitation about couponing was that I wouldn't get to eat as fresh of foods, so I'm glad that's such a big focus of your blog. I feel like I'm saving lots of money without sacrificing good nutrition. THANK YOU!
ReplyDeleteI just had to tell you again Meagan, I LOVE your site, and all the helpful information you give us!! I visited I heart Publix site today, (Love the spreadsheet they have). I'm learning to save alot of $$. My hubby gets tickled at me for being addicted to Publix and coupons now (lol). We were in the car the other day, and he was singing the Publix catch phrase (lol), I told him he needed to be in commercials!! Hehehe!! Thanks, your neighbor from St. Augustine.
ReplyDeleteThank you everybody for all the wonderful comments! =) So glad you liked the produce post. And very glad to be of help in your savings!
ReplyDeleteSarah~ Yeah, I didn't have any luck with getting the $4 Knox coupon in my paper. =( Too bad! I might have to grab some off of Ebay or the Clippers site! It's totally worth it!
Vanessa~ No, I've never been to that one. I've been to the ones on 210, Race Track Road, and Whole Foods on San Jose. Is the Beaver Street one any good? I'm pretty far away from that one.
Alison~ So glad you're able to save on yummy, nutritious food! =)
Angela~ That is SO hilarious about your husband! hahaha. Sounds like something my husband would do, too.
Hi Meagan,
ReplyDeleteThe farmers market on Beaver street is wonderful! It's downtown pretty close to the landing. VERY good deals on everything if you can ever check it out. We will only spend $20 and literally fill the back of the car up with produce! :) Thanks for your great site!!!!!! I LOVE IT
Vanessa
